30 Day
"No Questions Asked"
If, within thirty (30) days of date of
shipping, your hearing aid does not perform to your
satisfaction, we will refund your purchase
price minus a $30.00 restocking charge for each
hearing aid. If
this happens and you paid through a Paypal account, we will credit your Paypal account
minus the restocking fee and minus the original
shipping charges.
If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be
credited accordingly.
Exceptions: If you
upgrade to another more expensive hearing aid(s)
within the 30 day period, the restocking charge for
the first returned hearing aid(s) will be waived.
However, should you return the second hearing aid(s)
within their 30 day period, the restocking charge
will apply against the original hearing aid(s) and
the second hearing aid(s).
12 month service warranty
Should your hearing aid prove defective
due to manufacturing defects within 12 months of the date of purchase, return it and we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it, free of charge. (Warranty
only applies to hearing aids and not to other items
such as batteries and maintenance kits.)
Events that are not covered under this warranty are:
Damage from unit having been stepped on or otherwise damaged.
Damage from having been chewed on by human or animal.
Damage due to the unit having been swallowed, by human or animal.
Damage due to the unit having been exposed to excessive water causing a short circuit of the electronics.
